These traditionally inspired homes by Black Cygnet, present a contemporary take on rural residential architecture in Lower Basildon, combining brickwork with timber cladding and simple pitched roof forms. Arranged around a shared courtyard-style space, the layout creates a balance between openness and privacy, with clearly defined gardens and boundaries. Carefully considered planting and natural materials help integrate the development into its wider landscapes.
